Hadleigh Plumbing Services, H.P.S., was established in 1982 as a partnership between Tony Wells and Paul Hendon, now with a combined experience in the plumbing industry of over 60 years.

 

We are based in Barnet, North London and cover the surrounding areas.

 

We use our own skilled team plus a select group of specialists, all known to us personally. This enables us to keep a tight control on Quality, Service and Customer Satisfaction, which, as you can see from our testimonials, has paid dividends. All our employees have the utmost respect for your property and any special requirements you may have while the work is being carried out.

 

We are happy to assist you with any job, small or large, from washers to complete refurbishments. H.P.S. only uses City and Guilds trained plumbers and all our engineers are in H.P.S. vehicles and uniforms.

 

Jobs are charged by the ½ Hour, with a minimum of one hour. We do not have a call-out charge.

We believe that communication is paramount in maintaining a good relationship between us and our customers. Any complaints or problems are dealt with immediately.

Underground Water Supply Pipes

Poor Flow Rate:

We specialise in the repair and renewal of underground water supply pipes. H.P.S. employ expert fully certificated excavation/moling technicians and coupled with the latest trenchless technology can carry out work with the minimum of disruption to your property. H.P.S. has a long association working with Three Valleys Water Plc. We are on their list of recommended plumbers and ground-workers.

 

Due to the continuing improvements to modern internal plumbing systems, especially with the increased use of pressurised boilers and hot water systems, many properties external underground supply pipes are unable to supply an adequate flow rate to allow the systems to run at their optimum performance levels.

 

The only way of curing a flow rate problem is to renew the supply pipe completely. The pipe from your external stop-cock or from the boundary of your home back to the footpath is the responsibility of your local water authority. The pipe from your boundary to your internal stop-cock is the part we can replace. With the latest trenchless technology we can now renew your supply pipe by tunnelling and causing as little upheaval to your front garden or drive as possible.

Our ‘Complete Bathroom Service’ means we use fully qualified, registered gas engineers, N.I.C.E.I.C. electricians, carpenters, plasterers and tilers.

 

By using individual tradesmen, we can ensure that the quality of the finished product is of a very high standard. Our customers tell us this produces a better quality solution.

 

The installation of a new bathroom is a ‘messy’ job. Great care is taken over containing the ‘mess’ within the bathroom itself and keeping the rest of the house as clean as possible. Use of dust sheets and tidying up each night is standard practice.
